Refund policy

Damages / Issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the card is damaged or if you receive the wrong card, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right

Returns / Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return, your card must have been received damaged and must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Cards will not be refunded or exchanged unless received damaged or if you received the wrong card

Starting a Return / Exchange:

To start a return or exchange, please email me a photo of the damaged card or wrong card to bosslady@offensiveoccasions.com

If your return is accepted, I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
