RETURN POLICY

DAMAGES / ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact Offensive Occasions immediately if your order is damaged or if you receive the wrong card(s) so I can rectify the situation.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES 

To be eligible for a return, your card must have been received as damaged and must be returned in the same condition that you received it (unused and in its original packaging) within 30 days of receiving the card. Cards will not be refunded or exchanged unless received damaged or if you received the wrong card

STARTING A RETURN/ EXCHANGE

To start a return or exchange, please email a photo of the damaged card or incorrect card to bosslady@offensiveoccasions.com

If your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
